Galaxy was already an experienced dragon when he was recruited to join this clan, and his quiet nature has led to much of his history being cloaked in mystery.
His first meeting with the clan was as one of several experienced battle masters who had offered to help new clans train dragons. In many ways the clan was the very stereotypical model of a pair of dragons with bright ideas carving out a lair for themselves, yet they also challenged many of his expectations- particularly the intelligent tundra who challenged his preconceptions about that breed.
In the chaos of the new clan, many things that might be unthinkable in a more established clan became more reasonable. In the case of Galaxy the security in being irreplaceable to the new clan, after his preconceptions had been challenged, led him to decide to approach the pearlcatcher the clan had recruited and try to judge her on her own merits and flaws rather than on the long grudge between their breeds. That relationship fell apart after only a single clutch due to lack of shared interests, but neither of them regrets the time they spent together.
His relationship with Jade was a long and comfortable one, but they have recently decided to consider other mates. Of course with Harris and Alexa starting to approach his skills in combat, he has lost some of the guarantee of being irreplaceable that he had when the clan was younger. He simply has to trust the clan leaders when they say that his patience for training others and previous role in the clan guaranty him a place for as long as he wishes to stay.
