Astro

Astro is one of the oldest members of the Moonlit Deep. When she first arrived, she was a young dragon heavily intrigued by arcane magic and how it affected the world around it. Dedicating her years to studying and practicing arcane magic, she was a promising pupil of the alchemic field. She spent much of her time in the waters and land around arcane territory, noting down various affects the magic had on the environment.
When the leylines strengthened, and the Deep was struck by the loss of the Tidelord, Astro threw herself further into her work. She had to understand what these changes meant, why dragons were being born with various eye-related mutations, and how they contributed to the Tidelord's disappearance. Astro worked near religiously, spending most of her days trying to understand what happened to the magic of the world.
It was around this time her clanmates noticed her change.
She slowly but surely spent less and less time with the other dragons of the clan. She was too fixated on the importance of her work.
Soon enough, she had included herself in her experiments. She was hardly concerned with her safety as the concentrated arcane energies she subjected herself to for so long started to congeal, and then crystallize, along her body. Then she started sprouting strange, leathery feathers, and extra eyes along her wings. She embraced these changes with open arms.
