B I O G R A P H Y
Kazu remembered some of his youth through the haze of time, but not much.. He remembered the newness to the world, the eager ambition. He remembered wanting to fight. But that was three years ago. Now, on the journey back home, he was tired. Thoughts and memories, filled with bloodshed and pain, he trudged back home with his sister in arms, Loli. He thought it strange how anxious she looked. After all, this was their happily ever after. Retirement. Kazu was looking forward to finally settling. Maybe even bringing up some hatchlings of his own. Wouldn't that be an adventure.Loli on the other hand was practically shadowboxing as she walked. She had her future on her mind as well, only, her plans were more nebulous, and violent. Kazu didn't ask. He didn't need to. He knew that his partner had started as founder and had always intended to rule whatever dragons she came home to. Though whenever he pried as to what she would do then, he got an answer along the lines of, lead well, or, be strong. He got the feeling she hadn't thought it through. Not like he had either, but his plans didn't involve dozens of dragons depending on him. The arrival didn't go as he had imagined; however, it went exactly as Loli had pictured. Kazu had barely gotten half a hello out of his mouth before Loli was suddenly atop one of the tree branches shouting "Whoever be the clan leader, today let us meet. Tomorrow let us fight." Spirit wound his way through the clan hub and looked up at her ready to defend his home. "Loli?", his words had only confusion behind them. "And Kazu? By god it's been so long." Loli was expecting the head of the clan to be a stranger to her, but it was in fact an old acquaintance from the very birth of her clan. She wasn't deterred but an ounce and she began to speak again. This time, dictating that the duel would be early the next day, and after, she would be head of this lair. She then flew back into the woods to build herself a night shelter. Kazu was left disappointed but not shocked.

B I O G R A P H Y
The entire lair's population then began to stare at him, hoping for an explanation. Kazu was a quiet dragon by nature, but deciding that nothing he could say could make things more awkward, he went ahead and spoke. "My sister and I," He paused. "We're the founders of this mighty lair." It was then that he took a look at the dragons around him. He saw several familiar faces, and so many new ones. "These last years, we were away, in combat for the Gladekeeper. You can see now, we've returned." He quieted down for his last words in front of the group. "Spirit, may I speak with you in private?" Kazu was then lead away from the crowd to Spirit's jungle bungalow. Inside he was pleased to see another dragon he had known. "Hello Levie." She remained silent as she always had, but gave a kind smile, and a friendly hug. She had seen Loli's previous display and had been the one to retreat indoors for safety, instead watching and listening through the windows. Kazu began to say something trivial when Spirit interrupted him. "You know, I should have expected this day to come.. Kazu, welcome home." He gave his old pal a warm embrace and continued. " Of course Loli is going to want her seat back." He thought for a moment. "But I need to prioritize my friends and family. I have defended them this long, and I will continue to do so unil my dying day." Kazu said nothing. So Spirit went on. "You may stay here tonight... for old times' sake." Spirit flew out of his abode, presumably to visit the armory. Kazu looked to Levie, and resolved to rest from his long journey, and await tomorrow's battle. (see Loli's bio to proceed)
