""Dragons often assume that when you're alone, you're lonely. Like most assumptions, it's erroneous.""
╭
Beneath the gaping roots of the Tree lies an empty mausoleum. A mass grave of bones decorates the walls their sun-bleached presence providing a hint of grisly aesthetic. The still breeze gives a taste of aloe vera, and the shattered remnants of toes and finger bones crunch under your feet. A guardian rests here, surrounded by her bones. Tamura, the crow. Her wings glisten wetly with aloe paste, as she sits and counts her precious bones. Well versed in anatomy, her skills provide very useful for hunters and gatherers, as well as Frisk and Rat. As such, as long as her morbid hobby doesn't involve the elders of the Tribe, she is welcome to do as she wishes. Her mother was known to the Tribe, and admired by Brianna, so her entrance to the Tribe was gladly welcomed. Like her mother, she prefers solitude, but appreciates the company of Brianna, who often finds a place to sleep in her empty mausoleum.

The day dawns on a grisly scene. Days of sand lie covering weeks old bones, tossed about by wind and scavengers. A skull lies near a femur, ribs clack against carpals. And in the wind she comes. Her bags, her clips, her mask, all clink as she walks. The sand, cold from the night, presses up against her, threatening to drown her with the bones it stole. But she still walks, parting the sands, with wings draped over. Combing, always combing. She stops, and gazes down at the picked-over scraps. Scraps of meat and gristle still hang on tightly, and the smell is overpowering. Pressing her mask on tighter, she works. Like a maiden washing her dishes in the stream, she washes her bones in the sand, picking off the fattier chunks and flicking it over to the ants. They had already started swarming, and she could feel their hot bites against her skin. But she still works. The sun had woken up truly by the time she was finished, and brought with it a burnt back and blistering wings, but still she took her time. Beads of sweat blur her vision and taste of salt as she collects the smaller bones and separates them in her bags. Beads of blood from the ant bites began to mingle with the sweat and stain her fur, but she continues, clipping the skulls to her belt and long bones to her waist. Her body burns and she dances around on the hot sand, hissing as she collects the very last bones. She had finished. She didn't stay for long. Sprinting off, she bounds away from the imperial grave, dragging the tibia behind her.
