Rivus and Myst are a strange couple. Quite a strange couple indeed. They both possess a mysterious kind of magic, completely unlike any other magic known to the clan's darongs. Even Rodoux, with all his research, and Luna, with all her ancient knowledge, have never seen the like.

Myst has a magical connection to the stars and other celestial objects. She has the ability to harvest their magical energy and store it in crystals and other magical artefacts. This has given the clan access to glow crystals that give light, and a unique power source for both machinery and equipment of a more magical nature. Myst isn't just a thief of energy though, she is in tune with the stars, and feels the flow of the universe. What she does isn't stealing either, more like borrowing. The celestial energy doesn't belong to somewhere in particular, therefore it can't be taken or owned. It can simply be borrowed and redirected elsewhere. No one really knows the full extent of Myst's powers however, or where they come from, she might not even know herself. But her ability to gather celestial energy has given her the title, Star Reaper, and everyone is very grateful for all the ways it's helping the clan.
