Biography

I was once one of the most powerful angels in Eden. Together Michael and I defeated armies of demons, but little did I know that entire time, he kept from me a terrible secret. The secret of my heritage- of who my father was.

Did I know I was the son of the most infamous angel ever to be known across the three realms? Did I have a clue what it would mean? No, of course not. I grew up blind and dumb to my own powers, to what it meant.

It was why I was always alone. It was why people naturally were frightened of me, even as a child.

Halcion... the day I met the king of the celestials was the day my life changed forever. It started the series of events that would lead me to finding love, Falling from Eden, rejecting what I had thought was the truth my entire life and recoiling from cruel reality into a dark and sickening hatred within me. My father had turned against his own kind- he had sided with the 'accursed' demons and rebelled against the Heavens. He even chose to experiment on himself, becoming something between the two.

And so he passed on that heritage to me- the last of my kind, the last of the Original Sin. My feathers are as black as the scales of my new snake form. My newfound magic is powerful- almost too much so. When Halcion left I went on a rampage that I thought would never end- a lust to fill that blank space he had left inside me. I sought revenge for what they did to you, Halcion, and in doing so I lost myself. Almost for good.

But you found me, didn't you? You brought me back from that brink of insanity. You helped me accept my new abilities, helped me see that I wasn't the monster I thought I was.

I am Gabriel, former Archangel of Eden, protector of the Sindren and mate to Halcion, king of the Celestials. I see no good or evil- only justice... and I will make sure that justice is always served.
