About Aestus came from the Tsunami flats and was originally on a quest to learn more about the Wandering contagion. Eventually he found the Desovar clan and decided to stay after hearing they had trouble with new hatchlings. Aestus adores the hatchlings and he seems to be the only dragon in the clan they listen too. He now spends his time teaching the young dragons in the clan. He is quite high up in the ranks of the Desovar and has been made an ambassador for the element of water, a huge achievement in the clan. . |
History: Being born to a pair of loving Imperials, Aestus decided that he wanted to explore the world and spread the teachings that he received. He reluctantly left his home clan and traveled to the Wandering Contagion, where he would begin his quest. After flying for a few days, Aestus landed, only to find that he had flown too far and landed in the Abiding boneyard. The first thing he did was seek shelter. He had heard of rogue dragons calling this area home. He then heard the sounds of grumpy hatchlings and went to investigate. He found the Desovar clan. Th current dragons were bickering over who was to care for the hatchlings. The Imperials presence was a shock since none of the clan members had seen an Imperial in ages. Catora, the clan leader went to attack the new comer however all the hatchling seemed to quieten down and take interest in Aestus. Catora began talking with Aestus about what he was doing. After he explained his story, Catora offered him a position in the clan. Aestus accepted. He fulfilled his duties to the highest degree and, upon noticing this, Catora ranked him as an ambassador for the water element. In the clan, this was a rare achievement and only one dragon from each element could be an ambassador. Aestus accepted this role and continues to teach the younglings anything that Catora wishes to tell them. He also throws some of his own knowledge in, hoping to one day, have an apprentice. . |
