The 'other joker' of the clan, Airden enjoys playing around and never really takes anything seriously. Often very energetic during nights, he has an 'odd' habit of running around until he falls asleep. He literally runs until his little legs give way. Catora often comes home from hunting during late nights to find him asleep at the entrance. He and Scuba often plan jokes and pranks together but both are too scared to go through with most of them knowing Catora will not appreciate them. With that being said, Catora sometimes helps them with their pranks. |
History:
Though Airden is a happy-go-lucky character, he seemed to have quite a tragic backstory. His parents died before his egg hatched after they were attacked by a group of beastclans. Airden was raised by a lone Coatl in the Windswept Plateau. After a few years the older Coatl abandoned Aiden who learned to fend for himself. He kept telling himself that things could get worse and, whenever he told himself that, things did seem to get worse. He got trapped in hurricanes constantly, beastclans seemed to attack him at least once every hour and other hostile dragons seemed to enjoy annoying him and plucking his feathers. Despite all this Airden stayed confident however you could tell he was slowly beginning to lose his mind. He made a promise that he would never show a frown. He either has a neutral face or a happy face. He hasn't frowned since that promise. He continued to wander around the world before taking the brave step into the Wandering Contagion. It was here that he happened to meet a large Wildclaw female by the name of Cytagal. He asked her where she was from and the two seemed to talk for a few minutes before Cytagal offered to take Airden back to her clan. It was a small clan lead by Catora, a large female mirror. She accepted the young male Coatl and allowed him to stay in her clan so long as he became a lookout for the clan. Airden has many weird habits. One of which is where he will run around for almost half an hour in order to make his legs tired which in turn, makes him tired. He also places food over his nose and carries it to a spot before sitting down to eat. He also has a very strange habit of barking like a dog with cross eyes if he ever wants to get someones attention. This habit serves him well when spotting clan enemies as the rival dragons are too confused by the noise of a barking Coatl to realise Catora and her fighters are attacking.
