the founder
The end crowns the work, as they say. And so the work goes on.
Salvation fled from her home nest before fledging, bound for her ancestral home in the Viridian Labyrinth. Unsettled, however, by the endless garden, she spend the remainder of her youth wandering between the fringes of settled clans, seeking a home as restless as her. Lacking a proper flying mentor, she crash landed in the Scarred Wasteland on her journey south and met a strange pair - a solemn guardian and his excitable charge - who joined her wanderings.
Finding an injured, abandoned hatchling on Rotrock Rim was the last straw for the Plaguebringer's realm. Seeking a new home, the four dragons took to the skies, skirting the Twisting Crescendo and, exhausted, finally settling on the jagged cliffs at the Northwest corner of the Ashfall Waste.
Despite the rugged terrain, Salvation knew they had found it before even touching down: a new haven, built up on every side by opposing elements, empty of settlers save one fellow wanderer. Her companions were unsure, but the fire called to her, and with her they would stay.
And so the̸ wö̶́ͅṙ̸̪̕kk̷̲̿ b̴̤̑e̸g̴̛̗̈an̶̎n̸̡͠.,.
