Really Briseis and Boba Fett should get along great, because they're the most scorned members of the clan. But they don't, because Boba sees her as unnecessarily frivolous, and she says his "aura" is "clouded." Then again she complains about a lot of dragon's auras. Some of them give her a headache. Some of them give her a bad taste in her mouth. And some of them obviously make her horny, because the reason she's disliked is because she sleeps around.

Briseis is completely unashamed of who she is, and likes to flaunt this. Not only does she not care what other dragons think of her, she mostly seems to not care about other dragons, period. She and Calypso are alike in that, because they spend so much of their time in the spiritual realm, they seem to count everyone and everything in this realm as irrelevant. Though Briseis does love her trinkets and creature comforts, so she's obviously not as spiritually involved as she would like to seem.

As one of the psychics, Brieis is the "feeler." She sees auras and gets very strong intuition, and supposedly, if she touches you or looks deep into your eyes for a long period of time, she can see into your life, and can tell things about who you are as a being. Cal is the speaker. She finds things out by asking questions. Briesis is, as I said, the feeler. And Kasatka is the seer. Not "seer" like the title, but "seer" as in, she's the one that sees things. Together they make a strong trio, and with BluLily to help them, they are even stronger. They can't really see beyond the land of the living though. The land of the dead is Kolos' realm. He's often included in their conferences; that is, he's always invited, but he doesn't always find the time. He is a very busy dragon, but truth be told, he gets rather annoyed with their mystery and vapors and other voodoo. Kolos would rather get straight to the point, while the psychics like their ceremony.

C O N T.

As for Briseis' affairs... there are many, and they are only still counting. Bog was her lover for awhile, before he realized his error, and settled down with Minerva. We were all very dismayed to find out that she was seeing Garret, while he was in grief after Iosel died. It is suspected that she sometimes sees Thor. And it's come out recently that Kol is her off-and-on lover. He seems unabashed at this. I guess in the clan he came from, no one went steady. Which is fine I guess, I mean, to each his own, but... gross, is what I say.

We used to be a simple clan with a simple spirituality. That was before I was here. Kolos came soon after I arrived, and after him came the psychics and Blu and Sachin. With them all came a better spiritual connection, to be sure (which was Histan's goal in bringing them all in), but the unintended and accompanying result has definitely been an increase of drama and infidelity. I'm not sure why those things came hand in hand, and Histan is equally baffled (and sometimes regrets everything), but such is the way it's happened. We're all settling into the new normal now. Briseis' aura may always leave a bad taste in our mouths, but we're getting used to the taste of it.
