Biography
⸙ code by wanderlustfaun
LoreWeaver was brought back to the First Outpost by Fifteen, silent and perpetually pale. It was quickly determined that over his year separated from Stellon that he sustained significant mental damage, resulting in complete loss of his voice and emotions.
He seems to do nothing but sleep and eat. His schedule is like clockwork, as he will only act at certain times of the day. He can always be found in his den, as he ventures outside only when someone guides him. Sometimes, he will twitch as he slumbers, his mouth opening and closing as if he wishes to speak, yet he never cries out. When he awakens, any sign of life he had shown in sleep fades. His gaze remains blank.
Pathfinder has become the primary caretaker of LoreWeaver. He is the only one to visit the old dragon, bringing him food, drink, and idle conversation. LoreWeaver never replies of course, just stares at Pathfinder as he talks. Pathfinder has advocated for a doctor to come and look at LoreWeaver, but as of now, his requests go unheeded.
He was dressed all in white by Pathfinder. He worried that the old dragon would wander off one day, and white would stand out sharply against the igneous rock of the Ashfall Waste. LoreWeaver himself bandages his scales in rough cloth, binding invisible wounds. Some of the bandages have been tied into bows by fingers seeking to do something with an eternity.
Members of the Outpost have speculated that if he were to be reunited with Beatrix, his lost love, then he would regain his mind and become LoreWeaver the writer once again. It is unclear if this would revive him or not--to many, he simply seems too far gone. Yet this hope flickers in each of the Outpost members, the hope that one who once was so passionate about his craft will rekindle that blaze once again.
