Not much is known about Calliope, owner and alleged creator of the Uncanny Fairground. It's unknown if she created the pocket dimension that the fairgrounds reside in or if she simply found it. Most dragons believe it's the former, due to her having total control over the doorways that lead to the fairground.

She has a very distant personality, often speaking like her mind is somewhere else. It's only when her workers cause trouble or step out of line that her attention fully shifts to the present situation.

Shay and Iona work together to create souvenirs and trinkets to sell to tourists.
Pepin, Nia, and Raya perform together as a band.
