- Post-Rebellion version of the character, this is Ultimate Madoka after getting forcibly dragged back into her mortal form by Homucifer.

- Soul gem location: Throat, sign of a selfless wish.

- Genuinely wants the best for everyone. If there's anything that's wearing you down she'll already be knocking on your window to get in to help.

- Due to Homura's interference, Madoka no longer remembers she used to be a god, nor everything that happened during the doomed timelines. But sometimes, the dormant Ultimate Madoka within her comes back to consciousness. In that state, her eyes glow golden, and she appears conflicted over herself. "I must be somewhere else.... something isn't right.... Things must have been different", she'll mutter, distorting reality around her in her panic, before Homura gives her a hug, not only affectionately, but also to maintain her in the mortal body she gave her sanity up for a chance to salvage.

- People say that being around Madoka for an extended period of time attracts good luck your way.

- Due to her memories being reset, Madoka entirely forgot how amazing of a ranged fighter she is.

- Remains of Ultimate Madoka also manifest themselves in her interests, she suddenly became very interested in astronomy. Little does she know that she's actually BEEN up there before.
