"One day I may get around to finish those potions." He said, walking past a mess of a table, "Really, they should know how to fix themselves at this point. Then I could move on to bigger and better things." The fae walked down the hall that was decorated with plaques and awards, he didn't seem to pay any mind to them though. "Maybe I should make something like a... potion making... maker." He paused, "I've never been good with names... though names aren't too important. It's not like the darkness will win the war if my next creation is called the worbble fordoble." He laughed at his own joke, "Actually that one's not bad. Maybe I'll do that just to see the expressions on the clan's faces. Could you imagine?" He continued in a mocking deep tone, "Sir Zap.. I need to use the.. uh, worbble fordoble..." His laugh subsided after a moment, "No but in all seriousness, I think that's what my next creation will in fact be named. Just to be clear, you aren't to tell anyone. I must be the first to release such a magnificent name." His smile continued on as he again started walking down the hall. It didn't take long to get to his kitchen, or what was meant to be the kitchen, in all honesty it looked like a continuation of his lab. "Excuse the mess, I haven't gotten my cleaning things working right yet... I'm still working on a way to make the mice larger, and more intelligent, so I can tell them to clean this place up. I was able to make one fart on command the other day, though I'm not sure if that was because of the food I had given it earlier." "I'll just assume you don't want anything, it's not really time to eat anyway. So lets continue on." His voice carried down the hall once again as he entered it and walked further in. It started getting dim inside and he zapped a few candles to let his guest be able to see a little better. "I'd show you my nest, but right now it's in a sorrier state than the lab- I mean kitchen." An awkward pause followed as he struggled to think of something, "Anywho, I should probably get back to lounging- I mean... working. Yes, time to go." He shooed you out of his home, and closed the door tightly after you left. |
