Ymeraalde came to the clan with Alanis as she returned from one of her trips. He is a shaman and lives in a very traditional way even when he joind the clan. He respect that others live differently than he does, though he expects everyone to respect his wayst too.
He like to talk to everyone who asks about the great ghosts living in this world and guiding him. They keep the world in balance and it is important that the dragons living in this sphere respect them and their ways.
He says they talk to him, not always through words but also using subtle signs and hints, like the wind, animals and virtually everything that is. He follows those hints he believes to receive every time, and advises others to do the same at times. If you follow his advice it can even be surprisingly helpful, though not at all times do his words ring true.
He performs rituals spells at days and hours he deems important to the cult he came from, with Alanis joining in more times than not. While many things he says might just be superstition, he is able to draw and ghosts and magical being close to himself at times and some dragons swear he can summon the ghosts if the time is right and ask them for advice.
He is a faithful friend and if you can live with the way he thinks and talks he can make a good person to be around even.
