Jigokuhi is not associated with this clan, he leads his own gang in the plague territory called the Kamiryu, a large and successful gang of cutthroat dragons.
A ruthless dragon, Jigokuhi only really cares about himself, a close circle of companions, and anyone who can get him farther in life or serve him. Other dragons are disposable and he will walk over them if they are useless to him. Due to events in the past he does have issues and trust problems, but he doesn't openly discuss his past so no one really knows what the deal is with him. He won't talk about why his wings are messed up, and no one questions or asks him about it. Even though he cannot fly, he does fine without the wings. Usually the wings are bound to his back and under armour or clothing, just that functional eye exposed. He can move around swiftly like a large serpent and knows how to attack flying dragons even without flying himself (through projectiles or other methods like that.)
