"Remember to stay hydrated!" As the self-appointed herbalist of the Berry Market clan, Birch is always accompanied by the refreshing scent of spearmint. She specializes in plants of the mint family and will happily rattle off the benefits of peppermint, corn mint, catmint, horse mint, and several hybrid mints that she's working on popularizing such as chocolate mint and gingermint. She works with amateur mixologist Waves to create healthy and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks. After all, it's important to keep hydrated...and it's more fun to drink citrus mint fizz than plain old water! |
