Faera

It's been over a year since the "scroll accident" and Faera still hasn't completely adjusted to his new form. He doesn't feel quite at home with the snakey body- it feels strange, as if he were still a Fae dragon, but now had to permanently wear this big awkward Spiral costume. He carries himself in what most other spirals would probably call "dead stiff" posture, and generally doesn't partake in any of the twisty, loopy, coily, noodley or pretzel-like positions that other Spirals love to curl into on a daily basis.

Faera, of course, retained all of his natural-born magic abilities even after being transformed. His nervous, flightly personality doesn't make him a choice warrior, but when the clan was small his talents with restorative magic were almost always needed on Coliseum outings. Through those experiences he became quite an adept healer, but he's never been too fond of battling. These days, he will join a team if it's necessary for their safety, but he rarely volunteers himself.

Faera's official position in the clan is progenitor (leader), but that rank includes many different responsibilities. He often accompanies gathering expeditions or business and trading trips.

In a small mishap while practising a new type of spell, Faera was briefly exalted to the ranks of Shadowbinder's elite, and vanished from the clan's grounds in an instant.
Luckily, the effects were very temporary, and the confused spiral found himself lying at the clan's entrance before he could even process what had happened.
