Mob Boss
The Clan of Whispering Willows, although mainly a clan of scholars and merchants, also has a rather decent sized shady underbelly. For a while, the darker 'freelancers' were self run, or looked to Iskala, local rogue, for guidance. Iskala hated all the attention, and gave the job immediately to her second in command, Riccar. Riccar seemed to flourish in the attention, and takes his job rather seriously. If you have a job for any of the 'freelancers', you go to him. All of the other members of the shady underbelly respect him, even if they see him as more of Iskala's second in command than any sort of high authority. His step-sister, Ione, is the clans sole bounty hunter, and despite the rather large bounty on his head, she somehow does not notice the dark underbelly of the clan, nor the fact that her step-brother is a mob boss.
