B I O G R A P H Y

______ While Galdrea was a Shadow dragon and loved the night as much as the rest, she also loved to grow things, particularly flowers. The fact that she was as vibrantly coloured as her flowers only made her more fond of them. She claimed the brightest clearing with a pond in the lair so that she'd have a ready source of water for her plants and made her nest by its edge, surrounded by glowshrooms. With the assistance of some of the stronger dragons in the lair, she moved some of the nearby brambles into a fence of sorts around the edges of the clearing on the sides farthest from the lair, as her clearing was at the edge of the clan's territory. The rest of the clearing was turned into her garden. While it could not support the food needs of the clan completely, her garden made up for it with the vibrant and beautiful colours her flowers offered, many of which were used in the clan's celebrations and festivals, as well as in the herbs used by the clan's apothecary and spellcasters. Galdrea found a small fish in her pond one day, most likely having swum there through one of the underground streams that supplied the pond's water. While it was initially wary of Galdrea and swam away whenever she approached, it slowly learned to trust her and the two became friends. Galdrea named her new friend Amezaiku after the intricate and beautifully crafted treats she admired at the festivals.
