______ Sinead was one of the oldest members of the clan and as such, had plenty of stories to tell and history to share. She acted as one of Doomsinger's advisors whenever she needed it, drawing on her experiences and wisdom from her longer life to aid the younger clan leader in her rare moments of indecision or offering an alternative idea to help Doomsinger reach a better decision. In spare moments, the two can often be seen talking over different scenarios, trying to find the best path through each one and considering multiple outcomes to improve Doomsinger's thinking and planning skills.
______ When Sinead wasn't advising Doomsinger, she could on occasion be found near the clan's nursery, offering Sviesa a few hours of rest as she told the hatchlings tales she had heard from her own days as a hatchling, or regaling them with stories of her time in other clans. After Sviesa and her mate Spring left to serve the Shadowbinder, Sinead took to spending more of her spare time in the nursery to help watch the hatchlings. Sinead tended to keep a few fallout streak pinions around her nest as a decorative light source. She also gave the hatchlings small bottles of unicorn dust and shards of sacridite to grow, to the delight of the hatchlings and the amusement of any grown dragons who happened to be watching them afterwards.

‘well-loved children’s books, some of the pages stuck together at first with years of sticky fingers, the inside cover with a name scrawled on it in a young hand, the stories winding in the air by hundreds of young voices or by a handful of caretakers, pestered again to read it just one more time. a cool palm brushing over your forehead when you have a fever. the smell of apple juice, warm and familiar.’
