Riko is Karliah's store partner. The two set up shop on the outskirts of the clan's territory. They're technically not part of the clan, but they help themselves to the food and accommodations nonetheless. Riko manages the rooming for dragons and the behind the scenes of the shop while Karliah is the store-front, or the "face" of the business. Karliah is a jack-of-all-trades, and a con artist... she will take advantage of you whenever she can, and Riko isn't one to trust much either. The two are bonded for life, they even bought matching card decks to aid in sales (the cards are also part of their language, they use them sometimes as tarot cards). NEVER be present at the draw of a card, because whatever is pulled, is applied to you.

Riko is the slightly more intimidating one of the two, he is the largest dragon in the lair, the only other imperial that nears his size is Qrow. Riko is deaf and communicates with Karliah in their very own, hand-made sign language. They use certain "codes" during a sale, typically at the expense of the buyer. Many have tried to crack it, but none have succeeded. All the regulars know is; If you see one of them tip their hat... RUN!
