Amberline was a very special gift to the clan, one day their Shadowspeaker Vaizel had returned from a meeting with the Shadowbinder with an egg under her Reaper's Guise and she called out to the clan and held it out. The leader Swain and the rest of the clan gathered around in intrest.

After Vaizel layed the egg out and stepped back falling in line with the rest of them they all watched as the hatched under the soft moon glow that night and a tiny Nocturne poked their little head through giving a soft cry earning a few chuckles from the bigger dragons around her.

The clan's leader stepped up as the small nocturne broke the rest of the shall and squeaked up at him putting little claws on the guardian's nose earning another deep rumbling laugh as he blessed the new born and gave her the name Amberline. She was the colors of the same moonlight that she had hatched underneath and the dragons of the clan celebrated all night even after the tiny nocturne had fallen asleep and was taken to rest by Varda, the caretaker of the clan.

Now as an adult Nocturne, Amberline has discovered her purpose that the Shadowbinder gifted her and shares it with the dragons around her who all adore it. Her vocalizations as a tiny hatchling was a precursor to what she could really do. Amberline has the best singing voice in the whole clan and her singing voice is very sweet and soulful often lulling others to sleep or into a state of relaxation. The younger dragons and other hatchlings that come into the clan love to listen to Amberline sing to them.

Much like the way she came into the world Amberline loves the stars and the moon and anything that has to do with the Night, gathering plants that only bloom in the night time closing their leaves to the time of day. Star Moss, Subterranean Clover and Dusk Jadevine are her favorites.
Sugarstalkers,Duskrat and Lunar Lacewings are her favorite foods. Amberline is also partial to Honey from the White Lace Honeybee.
But without the Dark, We'd never see the Stars.
