~The Mechanic~
Ikliss found the orphaned Nuara while traveling the Shifting Expanse. Alone and crying for her lost family, Nuara was wandering aimlessly in circles and growing more dehydrated by the hour. Ikliss took her in, gave her water and comfort, and helped her search for her family. Unfortunately, it seemed any trace of them was lost to the sands, so Ikliss brought the orphaned hatchling back to Clan Phantom.
Nuara was shy and skittish at first, shying away from even the gentle Hyra and fellow orphans Jimva and Mekhil, who were around her age. She stuck mostly with Ikliss at first, then strangely took a shine to Ikliss's longtime friend Aussir. Aussir was quiet and stoic, and didn't bother little Nuara with questions and pitying looks, and they would quietly sit together at the lair's entrance sometimes, enjoying the sunshine. In light of this relationship, Wraith chose to designate Aussir as Nuara's caretaker. With Aussir and Ikliss as her surrogate parents, Nuara finally began to relax and come out of her shell.
Nuara took an interest in the science lab at a young age, spending many a long hour watching Silverhawk and Myria in particular as they worked to build elaborate experimental contraptions. She began to build her own under their tutelage, small devices designed mainly to be worn and utilized in everyday activities. Myria eventually apprenticed her, and Nuara's skills have flourished under her teaching.
Nuara is quite straightforward and is unafraid to speak her mind to people she knows. She is far more guarded with strangers, and can become stressed in large crowds. She is happiest tinkering away in the laboratory, surrounded by inanimate objects and complex contraptions.
Nuara is close friends with fellow orphans Jimva and Mekhil. Mekhil is particularly attached to her, since she is both his charge and quietly, his crush. Nuara isn't quite sure what to make of Mekhil's emotions on both counts, but they remain close friends nonetheless.
