Biography

When one of his clanmates’ children survived the disease, Ironys kept him under careful watch. Honeycomb was raised knowing the delights of luxury, yet was really only interested in the animals Ironys kept trapped in glass cages. He never grew out of that hatchling’s wide-eyed curiosity or surprised delight. The animals are attracted to his softly murmured nonsense words, or perhaps his soft touch, or the way he literally glows with a soft light. Ironys hypothesizes that this light is how the virus has manifested itself, and is monitoring Honeycomb’s condition.
