Tyche is a reclusive sort, and not what one normally expects from a Clan Leader. Created by the Lightweaver herself, his purpose is divine and he does not let himself become bogged down by the day to day trivial matters that come with running a Clan. From the moment he arrived in Voluistis with the lost Heir in tote, whispering words of a preordained destiny and right to rule, he earned the respect and fear of the still unstable Clan. Unbeknownst to the general populace of Voluistis, Tyche is the physical manifestation of Karna's conscientiousness in dragon form. His abilities as an Oracle come from being connected to the great artifact, although since his creation he has developed a more mortal-like personality and characteristics. He greatly enjoys small trinkets and baubles, taking a liking to the material obsession his fellow dragons seem to have developed. He also has taken a great interest in history and customs of dragon-kind. He tells himself that these interests are merely a way to integrate himself into Voluistis, and not because he is becoming more like them himself. As a leader, Tyche is respected and wise, although a bit useless when it comes to practical concerns. He can scry the outcomes of some battles and alliances, but cannot help with the daily squabbles between the gardener and apothecary. Tyche works closely with the Saints to guard Karna, but does so by strengthening the Clan tasked with its care. Generally he handles the more spiritual aspect of leading Voluistis, while his mate handles the practical side.
