Porter is the proprietor of the King's Cup, and he enjoys it well. He's a dragon quick to laugh and drink with his patrons, and friendly to no end. He comes from a family of grand lineage, though, in his opinion, a bit too somber, and he presents himself accordingly; head high, shoulders back, eyes bright. He's a presence that one can't help but notice or be attracted to.

Porter has a single loyalty, and that's to Riko. When the mute Imperial found him, Porter was neck deep in in self-loathing and depression, ready to end himself and be done with all his suffering. He almost had too, had it not been for Riko shoving an antidote down his throat. Without saying a word, Riko had made it abundantly clear that he wasn't putting up with that, and to be sure he decided to accompany the near lost Imperial.

Riko taught Porter the language his mother had taught him, Symbolic, so they could communicate. It was an old language, mostly used by spies and dragons in under the table dealings, that was thought to be long gone. It took years of patience and practice, but now
Porter's a pro and serves as Riko's translator when need be. Porter now has a love and reason for life, all thanks to Riko.

It should also be noted that Porter may have a bit of a vice: Greed. His trove is full of gems and ores, some valuable, others just pretty. An intervention is on the horizon, but until then Porter's gonna collect nonstop.
