Watch was born into royalty, but was quickly sent out of his lair like most of his siblings. After spending years wandering the ruins of the Hewn city, he was eventually found by a kind group of dragons and sent to the Fishybreath for integration into a clan. Raised totally isolated from dragonkind he never learned to speak and is often bewildered by social conventions.
He prefers to spend his time roaming the tundra alone, visiting the lair infrequently but regularly leaving small gifts at the door. Lack of language skills does not mean Watch isn't intelligent, nor that his relationships with other dragons in the lair are in someway stunted. Most who know him say he's happier living in the wild, and nobody feels the need to deny him that.
