Too late to succeed as leader, to early to take power as queen; Berry could rant for days about her own wasted potential. The young female wildclaw, far too young to lead anyone when Azlarre stepped down as leader, instead became mates to the succeeding king Jasper. Unfortunately for her, it wasn't until her and her loving mate were already on the way out of leadership that the idea of having both a King and Queen to rule was thought up. By that point, she had already given up on her ambition to lead and instead settled down with Jasper as members of the serene faction.

Seemingly the most underrated dragon of her lifetime, Berry never receives any praise or credit for the advice and guidance she offered to her mate and her clan when Jasper was in power. Listen close, and you might get to hear her grumbling to herself about how she was the Dawnling Cadets' rightful leader all along.
