This coatl was the first to hatch of a clutch of three, and as the first, he considers himself the oldest. He is rather protective of his ‘family,’ whoever that may be, and he is willing to fight to keep them safe if he needs to – of course, as a baby that meant that he spent a lot of time fighting bugs, but it’s the thought that counts, right? As an adult, that determination changed to be much more composed; he is the picture of regal self-assurance. It takes a lot to get under this dragon’s hide. Patience is one of his most prominent virtues.

But no one is without flaws, including this boy, and his biggest one is that he doesn’t open up well: he is unlikely to make friends easily, not because he can’t but because he prefers to observe and protect rather than get involved himself. To those he does connect, though, he is fiercely loyal and will be a friend for life.

He was hatched in the Carrion Canyon, a place littered with the bones of creatures long dead, and he collects bones as a result. He favors bone apparel as well, particularly things he can hang around his neck or his tail. He identifies with the colors white and gold the most.
