⚜ P A S C A L ⚜
 WINDWAYS MESSENGER A bit of a snooty boy, Pascal loves to lord his knowledge over anyone he can find. He doesn't really get the idea of "politeness" or "personal boundaries" and is always pushing those around him to the breaking point; a lot of the clan actually regularly avoids him because they don't want to deal with his self-important rambles. Only his close friends know he's actually very confused on how he insults other dragons when he's just trying to make conversation. On the upside, he acts as the primary messenger for the clan and is actually very good at it! He's an incredibly swift flyer, excellent at bargaining, and takes delight in running errands (especially important ones). Oddly enough, he is also a talented diplomat when the situation calls for it, likely due to the fact that his disposition-reading seems to only work when negotiating. Thus, if someone has to be sent to barter with neighboring clans and merchants, Pascal is the Windways Clan's first choice. So, even if some of his clan-mates think he's a bit stuck-up, they still have to begrudgingly acknowledge that he's not always exaggerating his talents. |

WOLFY'S NOTES -Gifted to me by Simone! MINOR BACKSTORY DETAILS - Grew up in a neighboring clan in the Light Region. - Was always a bit lonely; his only friend was Nivur, and after they were injured, Pascal helped them recover. - When Nivur insisted on leaving home, Pascal decided to follow; mostly because he loved to travel, but also because he wanted to watch over his friend (and was also asked by their father to make sure they didn't overexert themselves). - He settled in the Windways Clan with Nivur later on, under the agreement that they could act as messengers and didn't have to remain in the same place all the time. PERSONALITY - Very self-important and prideful. - Unintentionally blunt and pushy. - A bit selfish, but mostly good-hearted. - Excellent at negotiating and getting what he wants. - Not particularly perceptive (except when he's working). - Clever. PHYSICAL - Always very neat; cleans his clothing and preens his feathers daily. - Slim and agile, which makes him a quick flyer. RELATIONS - Is partners with Nivur. He watches over them and helps when their disability wears on them. He's admittedly soft on them, and loves their closeness more than he lets on. - Regularly reports to Azza to assure her of Nivur's condition; she makes sure to pass this along to Savek (Nivur's father). - Had a brief crush on Jayce before the other skydancer made it clear he wasn't interested. Even though he doesn't have feelings for him anymore, Pascal still avoids him when he can. - Suspicious and distrusting of Cas. OTHER - Is very adamant that he and Nivur aren't mates, no matter how much their clan-mates tease them. - Has very elegant hand-writing and is usually the one to draft messages. - Has an unusually low amount of magical ability, to the point that his disposition-reading only works at incredibly close range and when he actively focuses on it. - His social skills involving strangers are more refined compared to his clan-mates due to the fact that he actively focuses and manipulates negotiations; with his friends, his disposition-reading completely shuts down, and considering that he's not the most perceptive, it means he doesn't pick up on regular social cues. - Not particularly fond of physical touch from other dragons and avoids it when possible; the only exception to this rule is Nivur. |
