Lover of all things fermented and/or distilled; Sibian keeps a cellar deep under the mesa filled with his pet projects. Any member of the clan in the market for things like bread starters, cheeses, or wine will invariably ask after his supplies before looking anywhere else. His habit of becoming defensive or condescending about his interests isn't considered much of a deterrent, though to his credit he seems to be working to change this.
