Mate of Rogue
Travelers tale.. Though he would never even suggest it around Zouge, Knave wasn't entirely devoted to the flight. But, he was here, and where he was, he would defend. That's how he became part of the clans battle team. Durren, it's leader became a great comrade of his but his closest friend though is Tasatsu. That is, if Knave could ever truly have a close friend. The pair of them spent many long hours exchanging tales of far off places. Neither used to staying in any one place for long- their new clan being the exception. Now, each of them played their clan roles- currently as fishermen, when the clan wasn't engaged in battle. He met his mate Rogue, during one of his such travels through the lightning flight. Truth be told, he would enjoy doing a lot more traveling with her, but she seemed quite settled in her new home in light. She said she'd found her place, and when she asked him to stay, he agreed without question. Those who knew him before couldn't understand what it was about her that had changed him so much- he was never monogamous, and he never stayed in one clan more than a fortnight. And yet, here he was, with her, settling in, in light. Before landing here, the two were considered, and called quite without fondness, a pair of pirates. They ravaged (and named one of their hatchlings Ravager), and they plundered, and they took what they wanted. It took a lot of convincing from Waverly, and a few bruises from Durren to convince the two that so long as they wished to stay here, they would be keeping other dragons things out of their pockets. That was after a pair of Primus' goggles turned up in those pockets. Knave had begrudgingly given them back to the little pipsqueak and to him, it was over and in the past, but Primus could often since, be heard muttering about revenge when the two happened to cross paths.
