Berke grew up in the Starwood Strand and was enthralled by the beauty. He created his own section of the forest with beds of soft, shimmering grass and trees that concaved to create a roof of leaves. As a hatchling he lived on his own, but survived by the other dragon's donations.
Sadly, the other dragons couldn't always protect him. He was soon forced to flee his beautiful home after being buffeted to near death. He limped his way to a safer, warmer place in the Light territories.
Berke managed to find a small, rusty clan that was led by a quirky Fae that built everything there was in the clan. He looked past his supercilious ways and found solace in this clan, where the second-in-command Guardian nursed him back to health. He was forced to stay there, due to his age and his wounds, which went directly against his need for luxury.
