Biography

He had been raised in the order, trained like any other, but groomed for a special task, something different than the others would have, all because he sported the bright white and crimson colors that their enemies had. Those dragons who would come into their homes and attack them without warning, those who would kill without mercy, and never question why. They had scared him as a hatchling. Scared him to death. It wasn’t his fault, really, it was his parents who would tell him almost every night who had died at the hands of one of their murderers, and how if he wanted the killings to stop, he would have to fight. He had believed them with all of his heart, threw himself into his training, learning all he could about their so-called brotherhood until it was finally time for him to embark on his mission. It would be a mission unlike any in his order had attempted. Not only was he to infiltrate their ranks, but do so in one of the most heavily guarded lairs they operated out of.
They never thought, even for a second, that he was a traitor, never imagined that he would be a Templar plant. He played the part well, until it was mere days before the rest of the plan was to be put into motion. He would kill the leader of the Assassins, Aurelia, and as many of the others as he could (he suspected it wouldn’t be hard) before his backup took the lair. That night he snuck up behind her, and yet, he found he couldn’t do it. It wasn’t because she was exceedingly beautiful, or because they had some secret romance, but because of his new training. His new creed. He realized, in that moment, that he wasn’t just a good actor, but he believed what they were saying. They had undone all of his indoctrination, and now he found himself spilling the Templar plan to the skydancer and in return she confided something in him. She had known the whole time, and yet she had allowed him to be trained as any initiate would be. Her confession sealed his decision. When the assault came the next day he fought alongside his new-found brothers and sisters, his loyalty almost never faltering.
Now he is tasked, as are the other assassins, with finding his target and eliminating them, slowly trying to help regain the hold the assassins once had.
