Birch Rosetail was adopted as a young dragoness from the wind flight to serve as a flight ambassador for Clan Aenid prior to the overthrow. While Clan Aenid was still independent she served as the nursery dragoness as well as a scavenger for the clan. Now, in Clan Amaryllis, she occasionally helps the nursery dragonesses but has now been reassigned to serve as the lorekeeper of the clan.

Personality-wise, she is very absent-minded and forgetful; so much so that others often joke that she may as well have been born a Tundra. Even so, she gets along pretty well with nearly everyone, only causing conflict where her memory isn't the best. Her writing abilities aren't the most valued in the here-and-now culture of Clan Amaryllis but they have drawn some of its residence to begin reading a bit more about their clan's past and histories.

NAMESAKE — Dinzia, her matrilineal ancestor, has a mane and tale the color of roses, hence her name. While she was not born into Clan Aenid, because she was adopted research went into her genealogy.
