Heironeous wandered into the clan lost and hungry. His old clan had been disbanded for reasons his little hatchling mind could not understand. For some reason he was separated and lost. Halmyr took him in and provided guidance. Heironeous grew to trust the older dragon and is following in his footsteps

He has taken over command as a captain in one of the long-range patrols. They circle the outer edges of the clan’s territory and keep it clear of any hostile beastclan members. New dragons that come into the territory are treated cordially while they decide the newcomer’s intentions. As long as long as Koristrasza says they are okay, they are invited back to the clan for a meal and storytelling. Despite his age,Heironeous’s company trusts his judgment and follows him willingly.






 		His mate Syreth is part of his company. Her tactics and sheer determination constantly impress him. When they are not out on patrol the two of them talk strategy and fortification. He prefers to dress up when not wearing armor and keeps his charge in a magically shielded crystal box. He also spends a lot of time listening to Halmyr talk about his past conflicts. At these times, he is much like a hatchling lying on the floor at the smaller Nocturnes feet, listening intently to every word.
