TRISTIXELLE

Inventor | Fashionista

B A C K G R O U N D

Tristixelle’s past is a murky one surrounded by intentionally crafted veils of smoke; she doesn’t like speaking about her past, always giving a snippy reply like, “do I look like I have time to dawdle and waste time?”, whenever she is asked, followed by a dramatic flick of her tail as she struts off with, as usual, her chin high in the air. She was born a lightning dragon, and like almost all other lightning clans, her fellow dragons were all creative engineers, constantly tinkering with things, building and inventing. Tristixelle has always been pretty pompous but she couldn’t help being drawn to the creative creations of her Clan. Some were cute, some were cool, some were life changing and some were horrifically dangerous. Tristixelle over the years had become accustomed to the mini explosions and tiny fires that would be going off in her camp daily, it was all part of the creative and inventive process. If anything, it was rather hilarious to watch the dragons run around trying to put out the flame. Tristixelle herself had been inventing and building copper and electrical creations here and there for years. She had always aspired to invent something that would boost a dragons magic powers drastically simply from the power of lightning, and having experimented for months, decided to unveil her creation to her Clan in a giant assembly. Before the assembly, she had decided to catch some special game as a surprise for her Clan. She rarely ever prepared meals but she thought this was a special occasion and she wanted to make it a true night to remember. However, she had left camp without turning her powerful invention off. While she was flying in the air, looking from above to she if she could spot any big game, there was a bright flash of light that made her vision white for a split second. Before she could even turn around, she felt it. An intense powerful heat that felt as if it were melting her fur. And then, the loudest noise of her life. A big plume of fire and smoke shot in the air, with bright blue lightening strikes shooting from within it, reaching hundreds and hundreds of feet in the air. Tristixelle knew immediately what had happened. She raced back to camp but.. it was too late. Everyone had been incinerated in the blast. In one single moment from one single mistake she had wiped out her entire Clan. For a long time, she wandered aimlessly, in a constant state of deep regret and sadness, devastated about the deadly mistake she had made. She spent years on the edge of death, losing her passion for life and staying away from any other dragons. It was Osiris who found her on the verge of death and brought her back to full health convincing her to join Clan Frost-bound and get better. It took time but Tristixelle was able to move on from her past and slowly begin building and inventing again. She found a place where she could be trusted and loved again, and because of this her and Osiris became very close best friends. “She saved my life. I will always be in her debt.”

B E H A V I O U R

After the accident, Tristixelle became a reclusive and sad shell of who she once was. But when she joined her Clan Frost-bound, she slowly let her personality shine once again. Tristixelle is a sassy, sparky, spunky dragon who isn’t afraid to show a little attitude. She speaks her mind no matter what and can sometimes end up hurting other dragons feelings; she can unfortunately be a little too blunt. Others have called her fabulous as she loves fashion and has quite high standards when it comes to her appearance. She is directly protective of her Clan and those she cares about. Mostly she is more bark than bite and will get in plenty of verbal altercations but won’t necessarily get into anything physical. In extreme cases though, she has been known to lash out with some lightning magic or a slash with her claws. She loves social events and gatherings and gossip and good food. When she’s not gossiping, she’s tinkering with some electric inventions. She’s smart, witty, and beautiful.
