Wisp flew in with a group of traders, peddling things like 'Psychicbane' and 'Lost-me-not' - which don't actually do anything, according to local scientists and alchemists. When the traders left without him, he jumped at the invitation to stay with the Nest, and doesn't seem too torn up about being ditched.

Wisp is sly, just this side of being oily, and with the bonus of a Skydancer's energy-reading powers he's very good at reading other dragons. He is, however, almost willfully ignorant, and has incited some of the more sensitive Nest members into tears or temper (or both), which he claims (claims) to have not seen coming.

When he's not trying to con someone (or, at least, not actively), Wisp keeps to himself, usually scrounging up herbs and trinkets for his latest batch of snakeoil or watching gatherings from some dark corner. His isolation seems to be more self-inflicted than from naturally being a loner, but any attempts to address it are mocked and rebuffed.

He seems to be slightly infatuated with Murkwater. She hasn't noticed.
