Hatched during a comet shower, Tilraun always had a fascination with the night sky. When he came of age, he did not heed the call to aid Windsinger even though he did not quite feel like he fit into the clan. It was decided that he would be the clan's Ambassador to the Arcane, as long as he stuck around.

He often feels like he's too handsome to serve as anything more laborious than a flight representative, choosing to spend hours each night studying the stars and cataloguing celestial events instead of contributing to the clan in a more tangible way. Tilraun also has been indulging in Giselle's new Arcane Cakes a bit too frequently, ordering them to "educate" the clan members. Those who are interested in learning about the starry flight can visit his observatory at the top of the tallest reed-spire of the keep, though few interruptions to his work will be tolerated.
