Biography

They called me the Half-Shade. A cruel name, but fitting. In exile they took away everything I once was, I expected to spend the rest of my life wandering the Highland Scrub alone.

She calls herself the Twice-Struck Archivist, Amperes. Her face is scarred, her eyes crackle with the same electricity that left her maw in its permanent sneer. "Penumbra" she says, and the name fits me better than any I've heard before.

We disagree on nearly everything, sometimes I can barely stand her presence. But if our clan will not begin with love, then genius will have to suffice.
