She streaks across the sky like a living rainbow, but her heart is on the earth, with the clan she loves. She has more of her grandmother Hunter's spirit than her father; she wants nothing more than to protect the dragons around her. What she lacks in strength she makes up in vision - she's simply bursting with ideas. Born a guardian, she retains that breed's steadfastness and clarity of vision. Combined with a spiral's boundless energy and creativity, this makes for one uniquely dedicated and inventive dragon.

Cecilia is always here and there, giving counsel to her grandmother, helping her father Diggs patrol the border and her mother Ana care for patients, devising quality of life improvements for the whole clan. It was Cecilia who designed the clan's central meeting space, figured out which wood would work best for Monarch's bonfires and which type of stone would make for an especially solid foundation for Mariam's mini-castle, and helped Orion create a hot air balloon to delight the clan's hatchlings. If she's not especially close with any dragon outside her family, she's helpful to all.
