PearlyTwist snapped her head to the side, then the other, step step, one two three four... Hey...I'm kinda getting good at this... she dropped her pearl and fell flat on her rump in the process. "For the sake of the Shadow mama!" she howled in frustration. "Would you please calm down? You're giving me hives from the stress!" her friend Mary called from the other side of the room. PearlyTwist looked over and gave her friend a withering stare. "I'm sorry, who here has a performance tonight in front of their idol?" she snapped, she then paused dramatically, waiting for an answer she knew was not coming. "That's right! ME!" she huffed. She didn't fail to note her friend rolling her small guardian eyes at her, but she didn't care. She had to be ready for tonight. Tonight she would dance for the entire clan, including Arabesque. PearlyTwist sighed, and picked up her pearl, she started the dance again. She didn't care if by the end of the night her feet were nothing but nubs. She would get this dance done step by step. She would be amazing. So wonderful even Arabesque joins in on the standing ovation the clan will give her. PearlyTwist was grinning from ear to ear as she danced, never missing a step she was as fluid as water, a glimmer of movement on the dance floor. She was ready.
