Biography
Mithra
Scribe
Thoughtful.Talented.Patient.Caring
Mithra was a very calm, quiet hatchling. Unlike his boisterous brothers and sisters, he taught himself how to read and write. He carried a crisp, white parchment with him everywhere, scribbling his thoughts and dreams as they came. He began to study the world around him, examining twigs and leaves to see what it was that made them as they were. His studies carried him into another world. He became lost in a sea of stories and fantasy, a world where words were everything. He was unaware of his siblings quarrels and fall outs, unaware of the hatred thrown at him in scowls and glares by his clanmates. His mother encouraged his abilities, she had loved words as well, although not as much as her son. She was the only one truly interested in him and his discoveries, despite the harsh words she received from her own brother in the clan. Mithras clan scowled down at him. They specialised in battle and training, not writing or imagination. The clan leader exiled him, giving him the choice of serving the Deity, or leaving the Clan for good. Mithras mother pleaded to allow him to stay, begging the Leader to make her leave instead. The last thing the hatchling saw before he was chased from the territory was the claws of his leader raking across his mothers snout, accompanied by the sound of her gasping scream. A second later, the other hatchlings were snapping at his wings, ripping at anything they could latch on to. Frightened and confused, he had fled, never to return to his birthclan again.
