To most, lightning may be scary. Terrifying arcs of plasma that randomly tears across the skies, scorches the earth and unleashes a chain of wildfire onto the land below, then followed by the loudest of crackling boom's. And to Ainakea, the most... are often correct. Lightning may have been in her veins, but the way her original clan and home territory had weaved and twisted it...never appealed. The loud machinery, the grating noises, the culture of The Shifting Expanse in general ran counter to her own thoughts.

So she split away from said culture. Slowly but surely she twisted lightning in various different ways. Sparkling harmless light shows, orbs that she weaved around in the air like second nature, all mixed with eccentric mid-air movements and the flashiness of silk and other stones and materials to create entertainment the Desert wholly lacked in her eyes.

And the desert didn't appreciate her work, so in return she left to find better home. Wandering across Sorneith in her early life was an experience the Spiral wouldn't forget, having kept many souvenirs and artifacts as she obtained when she had weaved her way into clans and nomadic groups. But how did she end where she was? Well the problem was when she stuck too long with a Nomadic group, even when she agreed to stay with them across the treck of the horrid Scarred Wasteland to make their way across to Dragonhome.

To say the Scarred Wasteland was a pain....is an Understatement.

First off, disgusting. Second off, awful terrain aesthetic. Third? God the smell. Ainakea couldn't put her claws on it, but the scent of near rotten eggs always lingered in her nose, even to this day when she steps outside. When her nomadic group wandered through, it was often a msss. They had no guides, which led them going in a straight path, avoiding everything and suffering from a lack of food in the almost familiar Desert like landscape. And then happened what made her completely cease to travel.

They kicked her out, in the middle of the night, leaving just a few sparse insects. Yeah, crazy. She was absolutely angry, the night filled with explosive arcs tearing through the red sky, before she calmed down and took her pitiful few resources, starting to make her way right as the sun started to rise. Ainakea didn't know how long the treck out of the territory would have been, especially since she didn't know if she was even headed in the right direction. It didn't matter though, as a lack of good water and a shortage of food eventually lead to her passing out.

Well she's. A bit rude, I guess? It's weird how out of place she is in the lair. And I know how that sounds with us having other 'pretty', non-combative, dragons, but she is an OG. So she was around during the Raiding era, and stayed.
Anyways, I don't think rude was the right word. She's super critical. At anyone, which is why I guess she stuck. She's not afraid to call you an absolute moron or criticize how you look. She's, real. Which is needed for the massive ego's most in the clan usually carry.
