Veilspuns... believed to exist only in legends and fairytales, faith in their existence often said to be hatchling - ish...

All until November 2020 when there around the Sornieth were rumors that they might be real. And then, on 13th of the said month, Charbon came back from one of his numerous journeys, this time he was in The Tangled Wood. He brought a mysterious scroll, he said that seller of it told him that's a very rare and unseen on Sornieth for years scroll. It was written in unknown ancient language and included a picture of a maned dragon.
"Nah, it must be another scroll of those fairytales." Saint - Nazaire said, looking very disappointed after taking the scroll from Charbon. "It's pretty much useless I guess" and she dropped it on the grass.
But there was that one dragon who watched it all from distance. It was a darker - colored Mirror male named Chocobon. He was clearly interested in the scroll. He was pretty well - known in the clan for being fascinated much by Shadow magic. As soon as the gathering around T.W.P.A. 'Ventoux', he came, took the scroll and flew to his home - kite. He wasn't unnoticed though...

Chocobon lay down on his bed and started to look at the scroll... The dragon portrait looked weirdly familiar to him, even though he was sure he has never seen a dragon like that. Suddenly he heard someone calling him through the door but ignored it. He started to read the scroll, mumbling quietly to himself every single word he was reading. In the halfway of reading the scroll he heard banging on the door accompanied by "Choco, don't do this, please, don't read this scroll! You don't know it!" screams.
But the Mirror male didn't react, still reading it like in trance.
The bangs became louder, somedragon tried to break the door open.
There was still no reaction.
The last word of the scroll and the door crashed loudly into the Chocobon's home-kite. Chocobon turned his head to door's direction look what happened. He saw terrified Charbon and Cotentin and the door on the floor.
"Hey guys, but you didn't need to break the door open to get in" Mirror male said in a sarcastic tone "There's a door bell"
It looked like nothing happened. But Cot has noticed something.
"Choco, weren't you like... well... a bit bigger?" he asked tentatively.
Mirror male nervously looked around. He felt like everything and everydragon around him was noticeably like 4 times bigger. "This is impossible!"
To Charbon's and Cotentin's horror, there appeared a mass of black shadows around the Mirror that surrounded him from every possible side. They could only watch.

After a few minutes the shadows scattered. There was no Mirror though. There was a small, fragile-looking dragon with bug-like wings and incredibly long mane spilling over the dragon's body. He carefully raised his head.
"Oh my Windsinger!" Cotentin squeaked in shock "Is... is that a Veilspun? I... was sure they're only in legends, fairytales..."
Cot looked closer at the Veilspun. The small dragon looked pretty familiar to him... "Choco, is that you?"
"Choco? Who is Choco?" The Veilspun was clearly bewildered
"Oh, a good joke mate, you are Choco. Chocobon to be exact."
"No, I'm not. My name is Cherbourg."
And then he flew away, leaving confused Charbon and Cotentin behind.

Cherbourg is the clan's first Celestial and the first Veilspun of the clan. He used to be a Mirror male, but he isn't really able to recall those memories. Except for the first day in the clan, this memory comes back to him in a reocurring dream.
