Janustrap Root 		Despite wandering the Wyrmwound for roots and being unable to do much else, the Bone Mother, Soel, took them in, encouraging them to take up a type of monkhood and to shun the cravings of the pulsating veins. Taking up their offer on such a path, they gave it a try. Despite the cravings and the effect of the Driftwood Baron Toxin, they have learned to subdue the need to feed on the toxic roots, giving them a chance to function more than the unlucky most. But the cravings still remain and they still have moments where they aimlessly wander to fulfill the strong cravings, but they are always accompanied to ensure they return to the clan.

In their hunger daze, they're often a bit twitchy and snarl quite often. Foam at the mouth and mutter words under their breath. What they say is unintelligible and are often taken as notes by Mandrik in case they mean anything. Soel personally accompanies the starving wanderer as they gorge their full. After the madness has left the eyes of the ill monk, the Bone Mother guides them home with soothing and gentle words, quelling any embarrassment or guilt the pearlcatcher has.
