{ Archivist | He/Him | Gay } Micholash's father was a penniless poet, and his mother did not work. She instead stayed at home and looked over the house, as her husband was far too busy crumpling up half-written sonnets to do so himself. Micolash spent much of his youth as her helper. It was not a particularly enjoyable childhood, and he resented his father for allowing them to live in near-poverty. When he felt he was old enough, Micolash struck out on his own in search of recognition and wealth. Initially, he thought to outshine his father in the drake's own field: literature. This soon proved far more difficult than he had bargained for, however, and he decided, in order to avoid traveling down the same dead-end path his father had, he would seek his fortune elsewhere. He made this decision, coincidentally, right around the time he arrived in Feldspar territory. At that point, he asked himself, "Why not?" With such an extensive background in literature, it was only natural that he take up the mantle of clan record keeper. He maintains Feldspar's expansive central library and is as such in charge of its upkeep, organization, and expansion. Additionally, he is responsible for keeping a chronological history of the clan's growth and oversees arrivals and departures by permanent residents.

Not long after Micolash's induction into the clan, a mysterious adventurer, known only as "The Seeker," visited the archives. He left his journals in Micolash's care, believing that the dangerous and controversial writings within would be safe under Dreamweaver's watchful eye. Instructing Micolash to lock them away if he did not return from his latest expedition, The Seeker then made for the north and was never seen again. Micolash did as he had been tasked, but somehow, many eons later, the journals fell into the hands of Wander, an amnesiac who claimed his clan had been wiped from memory by an unknown force. In his final entry, The Seeker hinted at the existence of a reclusive dam with forbidden knowledge. Wander pressed Micolash for further details, and Micolash directed him to the cave-dweller, Goblin, hoping he may be able to frighten Wander into abandoning his quest. When Wander, now calling himself Linnaeus, returned, he was not the same. His mind had flown, and it was clear that he had met the same fate as The Seeker. Though no blame fell upon Micolash, the guilt of his part in Linnaeus' descent into madness continues to eat away at him.
