The Arcane Representative and fervent field researcher Cepheus is well-known around Gypsum for his spontaneous behavior and nervous countenance. The coatl spends most of his days outside or on the upper floors of the tower unless called down for a meeting, studying the stars and their effects on the flora and fauna of Sornieth. His crippling curiosity will often get the better of him, causing him to be late often and scatterbrained at best upon arrival.

His lack of assisting staff means he's almost always working, and will occasionally be forced to call upon the help of other scholars in Gypsum. Due to this, Cepheus is very familiar with every intellectual in the clan and their areas of expertise, including Amygdala. The Lord of Knowledge will often assign him interesting points of study, and seems to enjoy observing the frantic coatl's results.

If planning to speak with Cepheus, one must be prepared for a long-term engagement. The coatl has a strong habit of going on tangents and babbling endlessly about whatever he happens to be fixated on or researching at that time. This combined with his fleeting attention span will often lead to a wild ride of varying theorems, mathematical calculations, and correlated data - all of which could have everything or nothing to do with one another. Best take notes.
