A young girl found in the acquired Ju-Omoi territory. It was clear she didn't originate in the District, yet was unable to validate her origins. She claimed to be part Maren, and could breathe underwater. Further testing proved her claims valid.

Much of Mariko's time is spent by the docks. She enjoys jumping from puddle to puddle, manifesting underfoot every now and again. With the ability to travel through any REDACTED source of water, it can be a real hoot.

She claims Esme is her best friend because she can make it rain. With this, they perform magic shows along the city streets and use their profits to buy candy.
